What is a Reasonable Accommodation?
A modification or change the CHA can make to its policies, procedures or properties that will assist an otherwise qualified applicant or client with a disability to take full advantage of and use CHA programs.
Who is eligible for a Reasonable Accommodation?
In order to qualify for a reasonable accommodation, you must meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Have a physical, mental or emotional impairment that substantially limits one or more of the person's major life activities or
- Have a record of such an impairment
- Be regarded as having such an impairment
